When I envisioned this series ‘A-Z Praying For Your Children’ I was very excited. My main aim was to work on my children’s faith and Christian walk. 😁😁😁😁 Little did I know, it was to be a double journey.
For I know my transgressions, and my sin is ever before me. Against you, you alone, have I sinned, and done what is evil in your sight, so that you are justified in your sentence and blameless when you pass judgment. Indeed, I was born guilty, a sinner when my mother conceived me. (Psalm 51:3-5)
But we urge you, beloved, to do so[love all the brothers and sisters] more and more, to aspire to live quietly, to mind your own affairs, and to work with your hands, as we directed you, so that you may behave properly toward outsiders and be dependent on no one. (1 Thessalonians 4: 10b-12)
Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7)
